Ian Osteyee serves as President and Founder of 4Sight Labs, where he helps guide the company’s strategic direction, operational focus, and engineering alignment in advancing its Unified Biometric Platform. His leadership is shaped by a background in military special operations and intelligence, along with experience operating in high risk environments where awareness, preparation, and decision making directly impact outcomes.

Through his work in complex operational settings, Ian developed a deep understanding of discipline, accountability, and situational awareness in environments where conditions can shift quickly and the margin for error is small. Those experiences continue to inform how he approaches both leadership and product development.

In addition to his operational background, Ian has experience supporting research, development, and field testing across both government and commercial environments. His work has focused on bridging real world operational needs with the development of practical, reliable systems designed to perform under demanding conditions.

That perspective led to the founding of 4Sight Labs in 2020, with a clear objective: to build technology that reflects the realities faced by professionals operating in high stakes environments.
