Dylan Martinez serves as Technical Operations & Deployment Lead at 4Sight Labs, where he plays a key role in ensuring the successful implementation and performance of the company’s Unified Biometric Platform. In this role, he bridges advanced technology with real-world execution, helping deliver systems that strengthen safety, awareness, and operational accountability in demanding environments.

He brings more than 16 years of experience in cybersecurity, network operations, and mission-critical systems supporting some of the nation’s most sensitive defense and federal environments.

An Air Force veteran, Dylan served at U.S. Cyber Command as a Network Operations Controller and supported mission assurance for remotely piloted aircraft operations, helping ensure the reliability and security of critical defense infrastructure. He was recognized for his performance as the Cyber Air Force Airman of the Year, an Air Force-wide distinction awarded to top-performing junior enlisted Airmen.

Following his military service, Dylan served as a Network and Systems Engineer within the FBI’s Enterprise Operations Center, where he supported large-scale federal IT systems and operational networks. He later joined Raytheon as a Senior Systems Engineer, contributing to advanced technical solutions for complex government and defense programs.

Dylan holds a Master of Science in Network Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication from Texas Christian University. At 4Sight Labs, he applies his background in critical infrastructure, systems engineering, and operational technology to help ensure the platform performs reliably in environments where consistency, oversight, and response matter most.Known for his technical discipline and mission-focused approach, Dylan leads the team responsible for deployment and system performance, helping ensure the platform operates as intended in real-world conditions.
