David Sanders

David Sanders serves as Chief Executive Officer of 4Sight Labs, where he has been a core member of the team since the company’s inception and assumed the CEO role in 2025. He helps lead the company’s growth and execution, ensuring its technology is built to perform in real world, high stakes environments.

His leadership is shaped by a background in U.S. Army Special Operations as a Green Beret supporting United States Special Operations Command. Operating across complex environments in the Middle East, David led missions, managed resources, and advised senior leaders in situations where speed, clarity, and decision making carried real consequences.

Following his military service, he worked closely with federal and local law enforcement including the FBI, Secret Service, and specialized units, training teams in crisis response, counterterrorism, and operational planning. That experience reinforced the importance of reliable systems, situational awareness, and execution under pressure.

At 4Sight Labs, David applies those lessons to the development of technology that supports law enforcement and public safety professionals. His focus is on building tools that work the way operators think, prioritizing clarity, accountability, and performance in environments where the margin for error is small.
