
Dr. Ardi Ardeshiri serves as Chief Data Scientist at 4Sight Labs, where he leads the architecture and advancement of the data and analytical backbone behind the company’s Unified Biometric Platform for Corrections. Working in close alignment with executive leadership, he plays a central role in translating strategic vision into mission-critical systems that support awareness, response, and operational accountability in high-risk environments.
Dr. Ardeshiri holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. His research has been published in peer-reviewed journals and cited across the academic and engineering communities. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and a recipient of the Bronze Medal in the National Math Olympiad.
Prior to joining 4Sight Labs, he served as a Lead Engineer at a Manhattan-based consulting firm, delivering large-scale infrastructure and engineering projects. His background also includes six years as a research assistant focused on modeling, optimization, and complex systems analysis.
At 4Sight Labs, Dr. Ardeshiri leads the development and deployment of data-driven systems that power biometric awareness within correctional environments. He oversees a team responsible for implementation and ongoing system performance, ensuring the platform operates reliably in real-world conditions where consistency and accountability are critical.
